If you are having trouble logging in to ATB Invoicing, most sign-in issues are caused by initial administrator setup requirements, credential errors, or browser redirect blocks.
Check account administrator setup
If your business is new to ATB Invoicing, your Account Administrator must sign in first to complete the initial setup.
- Sub-user restriction: Team members or sub-users cannot log in until the primary administrator has onboarded the account.
- Solution: Ask your Account Administrator to visit the ATB Invoicing website, log in with their ATB credentials, and finish the initial business setup.
Verify ATB business credentials
ATB Invoicing uses your standard ATB business credentials—the same username and password you use for ATB Business banking.
- Active access required: Ensure your ATB Business login is active. If you do not have an active account, contact your ATB business banker to get onboarded.
- Forgotten details: If you forgot your password or username, visit the Signing In & Security section on the ATB Online support page to learn how to recover your details.
Resolve browser or redirect issues
If clicking Sign in with ATB does not load or freezes on the identity portal screen:
- Clear cache or use incognito: Open a private/incognito browser window to bypass cached data or popup blockers.
- Try a different browser: Switch to another supported browser (such as Chrome, Safari, or Edge).
- Disable extensions: Temporarily disable ad-blockers or privacy extensions that might block external redirects.
