ATB Invoicing supports Canadian dollars (CAD) only today. Every invoice is in CAD; every payment is in CAD; every dashboard number is in CAD.
Why CAD only
Interac e-Transfer is a Canadian domestic payment rail. Since Interac is currently the only active payment method, invoices are limited to CAD.
What if I need to invoice in another currency?
Options today:
- Invoice in CAD. Convert the amount yourself using your accountant's current rate and include a note explaining the conversion.
- Use a separate tool for foreign-currency invoices and record the payment in ATB Invoicing as a paid invoice once it settles (though this is not a supported workflow — the invoice event log will not reflect the external payment).
What is coming
Multi-currency is in the data model but not exposed in the UI. When ATB adds a payment rail that supports other currencies, currency selection will appear.
